The first personal flying cars are priced like a house, not a car. The two-seat models closest to production have announced prices in the $300,000 to $400,000 range, with the earliest deliveries targeted for the late 2020s. Other companies have announced lower targets, but a target is not a price until a customer can sign for one.

The sticker is only part of the cost. Owners will also need a sport pilot certificate, insurance on an aircraft that no underwriter has a claims history for, and somewhere legal to take off and land. This site tracks all of it in one place so you can see the real number before you put down a deposit.
